Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Teach Them Jesus when you use this site or become a member.

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Teach Them Jesus (“we,” “us”) about your use of teachthemjesus.com and our lessons. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you’re using the site on behalf of a church or organization, you agree for that organization too.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. A membership is for one teacher or one household unless you have a church license that says otherwise.

2. Memberships and billing

  • Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the current price for your plan until you cancel.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your account page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then stops renewing.
  • Refunds. If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, but we don’t give refunds for partial periods.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.
  • Download limits. Some plans include a set number of lesson downloads per billing period, as described on the Pricing page. Unused downloads don’t carry over.

3. Using our lessons

All lessons, handouts, graphics, and other content on this site belong to Teach Them Jesus and are protected by copyright. While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to read, print, and copy lessons for teaching your own class or family, as described in Copying and sharing. You may not resell, republish, post online, or share lessons outside your class or family, or use them to create a competing product.

Bible quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t try to get around download limits or access controls, share your login, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Teaching responsibly

You’re responsible for how lessons are used in your setting, including supervising children during activities and checking snack ideas for allergies.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site and lessons are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee they’ll be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Teach Them Jesus isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell members by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
