This policy explains how Teach Them Jesus (“we”) collects and uses information when you use teachthemjesus.com. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
- Membership and billing: your plan, its status and renewal dates. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive a customer reference and don’t see or store your full card number.
- Download history: which lessons you’ve downloaded and when, so we can apply plan limits and let you download them again.
- Email sign-ups: your name and email if you ask for free printables or updates.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form.
- Technical information: like any website, our server records basic information such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run your membership, process payments, deliver lessons, answer your messages, send emails you’ve asked for, keep the site secure, and improve our lessons. We’ll only send marketing emails if you’ve signed up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site, and only what they need: Stripe (payments), our web host (Namecheap), and our email service provider (MailerLite). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, and your browser remembers small preferences like the age group you last viewed. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Children
Our site is for parents and teachers. Accounts are for adults 18 and older, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep account information while your account is open, and billing records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
