Teach Them Jesus gives parents ready-to-teach Bible lessons for kids from preschool through 6th grade. You don’t need training or a lot of time. Each lesson tells you the Bible story in your child’s words, the questions to ask, an activity to do together, and one thing to practice this week, and every lesson shows how the story points to Jesus.
For the parent who wants to start but doesn’t know how
Many parents want to teach their kids the Bible but aren’t sure where to begin or what to say. Each lesson is written so you can simply read it aloud. Answer help is included for every question, so you’re never stuck. If your child asks something hard, the Teacher Guide gives you the background in plain language.
Ways families use it
- A weekly family Bible time after dinner or on Sunday afternoon.
- Bedtime stories that are true, with a short prayer to end the day.
- Summer and school breaks, when kids have more time and less structure.

Kids of different ages? One story for everyone
Every lesson has a version for Preschool, Kindergarten–2nd, 3rd–4th, and 5th–6th grade, all on the same Bible story. Read it once together, then let each child do the activity sheet for their age. Everyone learns the same thing, at their own level.
What you’ll be teaching
We teach the Bible as God’s true Word and the gospel of Jesus clearly and gently, with grace first. Kids hear that God loves them and has rescued them before they hear what to do. Questions about faith and baptism are always sent home to you, never pushed in a lesson. Read what we believe.
