We want this to be simple and fair. You can cancel any time online, and if Teach Them Jesus isn’t a good fit, we’ll refund your first payment within 14 days.
How to cancel
- Log in and go to Your account.
- Choose Manage billing. This opens Stripe’s secure billing page.
- Select Cancel plan and confirm.
That’s it, no phone call or email needed. The billing page confirms your cancellation right away. If you have any trouble, contact us and we’ll cancel it for you.
What happens after you cancel
- Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it stops renewing. You won’t be charged again.
- Lessons you downloaded while you were a member are yours to keep using with your own class or family.
- Your account stays open so you can rejoin any time. If you’d like it deleted, just ask.
Refunds
- 14-day guarantee for new members. If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund, monthly or yearly.
- Renewals. After the first 14 days, payments aren’t refunded for partial periods. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. We send yearly members a reminder email before each yearly renewal.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we’ll fix it with a full refund of the mistaken charge.
- Church licenses follow the terms in your license agreement.
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually returns them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
