Bible story 6 min
John was one of Jesus' friends. When John was very old, he was sent to an island called Patmos for telling people about Jesus. There, God showed John a vision of heaven.
John saw God's throne, shining bright. God held a scroll. It was sealed shut with seven seals.
An angel called out, "Who is worthy to open the scroll?" No one in heaven could do it. No one on earth could do it. John began to cry.
